Kindly read the following instructions carefully before filling out the application form:
1. The application form consists of four sections. All sections must be completed before submission.
2. Enter the required details carefully and click on “Next” to proceed to the subsequent section. You may return to the previous section using the “Previous” button, if required.
3. Fields marked with * are mandatory and must be filled in.
4. Ensure that all relevant documents such as class X marksheet, class XII marksheet, caste certificate, etc., are ready for upload, preferably in PDF format.
5. Keep a recent passport-size photograph with a light background ready in soft copy format. The file size should not exceed 1.5 MB.
6. For the best experience, please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser while filling out the form.
7. Use the mouse to move between fields while entering data. Do not use the Tab key.
KIND ATTENTION:
All Applicants are being advised to check for “Thank you mail” for successful submission after a completion of money transaction.
In case you do not receive any such mail, you are requested to kindly contact us at admission@ajipt.org Ph. 011-22378927, 011-22372521 within 24 hrs. along with the transaction details.
